Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about an order, please contact us at shop@studio41.com.au.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Victoria: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at shop@studio41.com.au so we can investigate and make it right.
Click & Collect
If you are local to Mornington, you are welcome to collect your order in store at 41 Main Street, Mornington, Victoria 3931.
