Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major problem exists when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed
If an item has a major problem, you can choose a refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time (typically within 14 business days for jewellery). If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
In accordance to Australian consumer law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the item and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
